Following are some of the CNC Lathe features / services we offer at our shop

We run Bar feeding lathes with bar capacity for materials from 1/4" up to 2.5" in diameter....... with bars up to 12 feet long to speed up the process, which helps us get parts done faster with this automated setup, letting us go through high volume orders both fast, efficiently and cost friendly!
Our single and Multi turret lathes with both Y axis, sub spindle and live tooling also helps us create more complex parts in a shorter period of time and eliminating more chances of human error, also eliminating the need to setup a part in multiple operations on lathes and mills... Which at the end of the day has a bigger chance of making quality parts efficiently!
In addition.... we also have the options of doing acme threading, turning down/machining of longer shafts with the tailstock, making flats and crossholes ect. align with each other on both ends of part or orient them at whatever degrees you wish with the sub spindle lathe(s)!
We most regularly work with round bars from very small diameter up to 10" diameters.... But we also have the options of running any different profile bars needed, Hex bar is another we have experience working with on the lathes.
As for CNC mills, we have a partnering company who we work with and takes care of all our CNC milling needs, don't be afraid to ask us about any milling that needs attention!
